• This is a reoccurring subscription - - Subscriptions ship by the 6th of every month (or the next business day if that day falls on a Sunday or holiday).
• We lock in subscriptions on the 20th of each month so if you want the June bin, subscribe by May 20.
• Skip any month. (Pause subscription prior to the 15th of the previous month.)
• You must cancel BEFORE the 15th of the month in order to not receive that month’s subscription.
• You will need to create an account on the website even if you have already ordered and provided your email. An account is NOT automatically created.

Monthly Subscription FAQ

I just ordered! When will I receive my first bin?

Boxes ship on the 6th of each month (or the next business day if that day falls on a Sunday or holiday). We lock subscriptions on the 20th of each month. If you order on April 8, your first box will be the May subscription which would ship May 6.

How often will I be charged?

After your first order, you will be billed automatically every 30 days from your sign-up date. If you order on April 8, you won’t be charged again until April 8. You can cancel, pause or skip,your subscription anytime via your dashboard. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

Once you have purchased a subscription, you will need to create an account regardless if you gave your email during checkout. You can then manage your subscription by logging in and going to your account page.  

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes! You can choose this option on your account page.
